Smoke. Heavy, evil combination of rock 'n roll's darkest forces. Black Sabbath, Kyuss, Pink Floyd and Danzig.

Beefy, laidback all-American groove-metal edging towards the swampy Southern-fried rawk of COC or a less grizzled Obsessed soundtracking the intro music for a wrestling tag team, Smoke kick out some slowing jams with a slick production and an ear for the more classic based grunge sound (Soundgarden, Alice in Chains etc). They say there is no smoke without fire but this tends to sizzle away nicely without taking anyone's face off.

Turn the lights out and light a candle. You will see your future. The reports of rock's death rattle have been greatly exaggerated. Smoke is three piece heavy rock in the tradition of great four piece bands like Black Sabbath, Kyuss and Danzig ...a Danzig from hell on acid, among others.
