Accolades for Bring it on
ROCK music that crushes and swings at the same time, with a sense of melody and groove that's been missing in much of the alterna-whining of the Nineties. It's fueled by sweat and grime, grease and alcohol, the result of a heady collaboration between Karl, bassist Phil Swisher (who followed Agell out of COC the dayafter the frontman's departure), and three other Southern-fried miscreants, whose collective credits in bands like The Ugly Americans, Picasso Trigger, and Confessor have primed them for rock and roll godhood.
